Golden Gate Properties was established in San Bernardino County in 2005 and moved to Ventura County in 2014. The golden gate bridge is the iconic symbol of Western innovation and structural integrity, a symbol we at Golden Gate resonate with.
Robert’s first career was in academia where he taught students, performed scientific research and served the community at both public and private universities in the professorial role. He became a real estate broker in 2004 out of income necessity—he needed to support his ailing mother. He became a general investor in 2000 coincident with the bursting of the dot com bubble. Although he has passed his Series 7 and Series 66, he is no longer affiliated with FINRA by choice so he offers his expertise to his clients who pursue their real estate and life insurance goals with him. He is not a financial advisor and only addresses public securities in an educational capacity. Individuals are required to do their own research before investing capital.
He does offer at his discretion a financial article on his blog which may also later appear on Seeking Alpha, the most influential financial blog (ranking ahead of the Wall Street Journal and Barron’s). He also gives local breakfasts in Southern California, mostly in Ventura County. If you are located locally, and would like to sign-up for a Golden Gate sponsored breakfast, then please RSVP on the breakfast tab, or send us an e-mail at the Golden Gate link.
